Kgaugelo Baloyi, Incorporated, is a well established law firm with experienced attorneys offering a wide variety of specialised legal services. Although currently based in Menlo Park, Pretoria, we represent clients throughout the Republic of South Africa.

Kgaugelo Baloyi Inc. currently consists of 1 (One) Director, 2 (Two) Professional Assistants (admitted Attorneys), 1 (One) candidate attorney, 1 (One) Paralegal, Extensive support and administrative staff compromising of 6 people. Kgaugelo Baloyi (More than 12 years’ experience)

Kgaugelo Baloyi holds a Bachelor of Law degree (LLB) with impressive academic results including various awards from Practical legal training school (PLT). Kgaugelo also has a Diploma in Corporate law from the University of Johannesburg. He is doing his final year of LLM degree in Contracts with the University of Pretoria. He has also attended the Judicial Skills Training Course in 2017 offered by the office of the Judge President of the High Court, Pretoria Division wherein he received training as an Aspirant Judge. He was thought the approach to being a Judge of the High Court which has provided him with an indispensable experience in litigation, giving him an insight of what is required when dealing with litigation matters.
He was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court on 27 March 2007 and has been practising ever since. He has experience of over 12 (twelve) years post admission and he also appears in the High Court with his certificate of right of appearance. His past and present experience includes litigation in all courts including appeals, collections on behalf of various banks and more specifically asset based finance and repossessions and other corporate entities, legal advisory, drafting of various agreements, labour litigation and any form of civil litigation in any forum.
