Clients will be guided in the discussion so as to be able to obtain all the relevant information. Clients need not be concerned aboout conveying their issues and or needs as we will guide you in this process. Our attorneys are experienced to guide clients in variety of cases and to source all the relevant information regardless of the level of knowledge of the client. This is the important stage to obtain all information surrounding the problem or issues. This session is the most important as all information whether written or verbal will be required. Clients will have an indication of all information required and it will therefore not be a problem if all the information required is not at hand.
03to the scope
Based on the information obtained from the discussion, our attorneys will develop the scope of the matter. This will be what the case will encompass and what is to be accomplished within the schedule to be developed. A varierty of factors will be discussed as well as roles and expectations so as to ensure that Clients are involved in their own cases.
04 Reviewing matters and legal costs on an ongoing basis
Review: We believe that it is important to review the matters on an ongoing basis with our clients. This will satisfy our clients as we will be aware of any shortcoming and also addressing the need of our clients, and also allowing them the opportunity to provide feedback.
We will also be educating our client regarding the issues that will improve the prospects of success for our clients matters.Reviewing costs: We will also have the opportunity to review legal costs with our clients. Legal costs can be expensive and it is therefore important for clients to keep track of the costs including furture costs. Clients will have the opportunity to drive the costs to be incurred in accordance with budget to be set.
